while maintaining your personal account.
Yes! When checking out as a guest, you'll see an option to "Create an account to track
your orders." If you check this box, we'll automatically create an account for you after

No, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. Your order confirmation

You can access your order history using just your email address! Go to /account/login

Each email address has its own order history. If you've used different emails, you'll
need to log in with each email separately to see those orders. To consolidate your
history going forward, consider creating a full account and always using the same
email for future purchases.
Go to Account > Security > Two-Factor Authentication and click Set Up.
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy), then
enter the 6-digit code to verify. Save your backup codes in a safe place — they let
you log in if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Yes, if you have been given access to more than one. Use the account switcher in the
top navigation to see everything you can reach and move between them. Each organization
keeps its own settings, data and permissions — nothing crosses over.
They are two separate things that happen to share a sign-in.
Your personal account is yours as a customer: order history, tickets, donations,
memberships, your profile and your security settings.
Organization access is a dashboard you have been granted for someone's store,
events or donations — by the owner, at whatever permission level they chose.
The two stay apart. Your own purchases are private from any organization you help run.
Sign in and open My Connections. Each organization you have interacted with is
listed; open one to see your activity with them and set your preferences.
You control email, postal mail and SMS separately, so you can stay on the
receipts and off the newsletter, or keep email and stop post. Preferences are per
organization — changing one does not touch the others.
Unsubscribing stops marketing email from that organization. Your connection stays,
so you keep seeing your purchase and donation history with them, and you can resubscribe
whenever you want. Receipts and ticket deliveries still arrive — those are not marketing.
Disconnecting ends the relationship: you come off their list and out of their active
contacts. Your transaction history is preserved rather than deleted. You can reconnect
later by buying something or signing up again.
Unsubscribing is what most people want. Disconnect is for a clean break.
Yes, at any time — through the resubscribe link on the unsubscribe confirmation page,
by signing up again through the organization's form, or from My Connections in your
account. Your history with them is preserved either way.
Usually one of four things:
- They are transactional. Order confirmations, receipts and ticket deliveries are not marketing and keep arriving for things you have bought — unsubscribing does not and should not stop them
- It is already in the queue. A send that was underway when you unsubscribed may still land
- It is a different organization. Each one is separate; unsubscribing from one does nothing to the rest
- Processing delay — usually minutes
If unwanted marketing is still arriving from the same organization after 24 hours,
contact support.
No. Organizations use tags internally to group their contacts — "donors", "newsletter",
that sort of thing — so they can send relevant messages rather than blasting everyone.
Those labels are their working notes and are not shown to you.
What you do control is whether you hear from them at all, through My Connections —
and that overrides any tag they have applied. If you want to know how you are recorded,
ask them directly.
