Order Tracking for Print-on-Demand Items
Print-on-demand (POD) items are custom-made products that are created just for you after you place your order. Here's what to expect.
Production Timeline
Custom items typically take 3-7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. The total delivery time is usually 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Order Status Updates
You'll receive email notifications at each stage:

| In Production | Your item is being made | Production started email |
| Shipped | Your item is on the way | Shipping email with tracking |
| Delivered | Your item has arrived | Delivery confirmation |
Tracking Your Order
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Orders
- Click on your order
- Look for the Custom Order Status section
You'll see the current production status and, once shipped, a Track Package link.
What If There's a Problem?
If you see a "Production Issue" status, it means there was a problem during manufacturing. The seller has been notified and will reach out to you with next steps.
